Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and analytical professional to drive end-to-end process transformation across multiple business functions. The role focuses on analyzing, standardizing, and automating workflows to enhance operational efficiency, accuracy, and system-driven performance, with a strong emphasis on ERP and AI-enabled solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Process Transformation & Automation
- Analyze current business processes and identify gaps, inefficiencies, and automation opportunities
- Design and implement standardized workflows across departments
- Lead automation initiatives using ERP systems, AI tools, and workflow automation platforms
- Reduce manual work, duplication, and process bottlenecks
Sales & Commercial
- Streamline invoicing and sales workflows
- Ensure proper KYC validation and customer onboarding processes
- Validate Purchase Orders (POs) and improve order processing efficiency
Operations & Documentation
- Oversee and optimize packing lists, CoA, and related documentation
- Improve documentation accuracy and turnaround time
- Digitize and automate operational documentation processes
Finance & Control
- Automate Statement of Account (SOA) reconciliation
- Support reporting improvements and financial data accuracy
- Strengthen credit control and validation processes
Procurement
- Standardize vendor evaluation and onboarding processes
- Improve procurement workflows and compliance tracking
Logistics
- Manage and optimize export documentation
- Coordinate freight processes and ensure timely execution
- Validate logistics invoices and ensure process accuracy

Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Engineering, IT, or related field
- 2–5 years of experience in process improvement, ERP, automation, or AI-related roles
- Hands-on experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Knowledge of automation tools, RPA, or AI solutions is an advantage
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
