Job description
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in machine setup, operation, and changeovers.
- Load raw materials and remove finished products.
- Monitor pouch quality and report defects.
- Support machine cleaning and basic maintenance activities.
- Maintain production records as required.
- Follow safety, quality, and housekeeping standards (5S).
- Minimize material wastage and support production targets.
Qualifications & Experience
- High School / ITI / Diploma.
- 1–4 years of experience in a flexible packaging or manufacturing environment preferred.
Skills
- Basic machine operation knowledge.
- Quality and safety awareness.
- Teamwork and communication skills.
- Ability to work in shifts.
