We are looking for an Assistant Sales Manager–Morocco to lead and accelerate sales growth across the SA market for I.P.P. The Assistant Sales Manager- Morocco will be responsible for developing the market, managing key accounts, and driving profitable growth for our flexible packaging solutions in Morocco.
Responsibilities
- Lead and drive sales growth across Morocco for I.P.P’s flexible packaging portfolio.
- Support the MENA Sales Manager in day-to-day market operations and client management.

Develop and execute a country-level sales strategy aligned with business growth objectives.

Identify, prospect, and onboard new customers across food and non-food segments.

Manage and grow key accounts, building long-term partnerships with clients.

Own the full sales cycle, including pricing, negotiations, contract closure, and order generation.

Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure seamless execution and customer satisfaction.

Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to identify growth opportunities.

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, opportunities, and forecasts in the CRM system.

Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and market insights for management.

Represent I.P.P in customer meetings, industry events, and trade exhibitions as required.
