Job description

Key Responsibilities

Supervise day-to-day operations of flexographic/rotogravure printing machines.
Ensure production is carried out according to approved specifications, quality standards, and production schedules.
Monitor machine performance, productivity, and material consumption.
Coordinate with Planning, Quality, Maintenance, and Production teams to ensure smooth workflow.
Ensure proper machine setup, color matching, registration, and print quality throughout production.
Monitor and control waste, downtime, and production losses.
Train, guide, and evaluate printing operators and assistants.
Ensure compliance with safety, housekeeping, and company policies.
Investigate production issues and implement corrective actions.
Maintain accurate production records, shift reports, and machine performance data.

Requirements

Diploma or Technical Certification in Printing Technology, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
8-15years of experience in flexible packaging printing operations, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
Strong knowledge of rotogravure and/or flexographic printing processes.
Good understanding of inks, substrates, color management, and print quality standards.
Ability to lead teams and manage production targets effectively.
Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
