Job description

Job Responsibilities:

Operate and monitor 3D pouching machines in the flexible packaging production line.
Ensure proper machine setup, alignment, and smooth production process.
Maintain production quality as per customer specifications and company standards.
Perform routine machine checks and basic troubleshooting during production.
Monitor pouch sealing, cutting, zipper fitting, and finishing quality.
Minimize machine downtime and material wastage.
Maintain daily production records and machine reports.
Follow safety procedures and housekeeping standards in the production area.
Coordinate with maintenance and quality departments for smooth operations.

Requirements:

Minimum 5 to 10 years of experience as a Pouching Operator in the flexible packaging industry.
Knowledge of 3D pouch making machines and related processes.
Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.
Basic understanding of machine maintenance and troubleshooting.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
ITI / Diploma qualification preferred.
