Job description
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in operating and setting up pouch making machines.
- Support production activities to achieve daily targets.
- Handle raw materials and finished pouches properly.
- Check pouch quality, sealing, cutting, and printing alignment.
- Report machine issues and production abnormalities.
- Maintain housekeeping and follow safety procedures.
- Minimize material wastage and support machine efficiency.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in the pouching department in the flexible packaging industry.
- Basic knowledge of pouch making machines and flexible packaging materials.
- Understanding of quality and safety standards.
- Ability to work in shifts and production environments.
