Role Overview
Join our growing team as a skilled helper, supporting various operational and maintenance activities. As part of our team in Dubai, you'll work in an ONSITE environment, actively assisting skilled technicians and contributing to the smooth functioning of daily processes while maintaining workplace safety and efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Assist technicians and senior staff with repair, installation, and maintenance tasks.
- Handle, move, and organize tools, materials, and machinery as required.
- Support site cleaning and upkeep to ensure a safe and orderly work environment.
- Perform routine checks and inform supervisors of any irregularities or issues.
- Follow all onsite safety regulations and company protocols.
- Complete tasks efficiently under supervision and as a part of a team.
Must have requirements
- Previous experience as a helper in a technical, mechanical, or construction environment.
- Basic understanding of workplace safety and use of common tools.
- Ability to communicate effectively with colleagues and supervisors.
- Physically fit and able to lift or carry heavy items when required.
- Highly reliable and punctual.
- Willingness to work onsite in Dubai and follow scheduled shifts.
Nice to have requirements
- Technical diploma, trade certificate, or relevant training.
- Exposure to multicultural or large facility environments.
- Knowledge of health and safety best practices applicable in UAE.
- Ability to handle minor repairs independently.
