General Helper- Stores

Key Responsibilities
1. Assist in loading, unloading, receiving, and shifting materials within the warehouse and production areas.
2. Support the Storekeeper in arranging and organizing raw materials, finished goods, spare parts, and other inventory.
3. Assist with counting, checking, labeling, and identifying materials during receiving and dispatch.
4. Keep materials properly stacked and stored according to company procedures.
5. Assist in issuing materials to production departments as instructed by the Storekeeper.
6. Help with packing, wrapping, and preparing materials for internal transfer or dispatch.
7. Maintain cleanliness and housekeeping in the stores and surrounding areas.
8. Follow FIFO/FEFO procedures where applicable.
9. Assist with stock counting and physical inventory checks.
10. Report damaged, missing, or incorrectly stored materials to the Storekeeper or Supervisor.
11. Follow all company safety rules, PPE requirements, and warehouse procedures.
12. Handle materials carefully to prevent damage, contamination, or wastage.
13. Perform other general duties assigned by the Stores Supervisor.
