Role Overview
As a General Helper (Housekeeping), you will play a vital role in ensuring cleanliness and orderliness throughout our premises. As part of our team in Dubai, you'll work in an ONSITE environment supporting the day-to-day operations of the housekeeping team. This position demands a can-do attitude, discipline, and flexibility to work in rotating shifts.
Responsibilities
- Clean and maintain assigned areas, including offices, restrooms, and communal spaces
- Ensure hygiene and sanitation standards are met across all allocated spaces
- Assist in the daily operations of the housekeeping department
- Support and assist senior staff as required
- Report maintenance or safety issues promptly to supervisors
- Follow all company policies and guidelines related to housekeeping
Must have requirements
- Minimum 10th pass education qualification
- 0 to 3 years of relevant experience in housekeeping or similar roles
- Basic understanding of housekeeping duties and cleaning protocols
- Physically fit and able to perform manual tasks
- Willingness to work in shifts, including weekends when required
- Good attitude, reliability, and disciplined approach to work
